The Great Room & Kitchen
Designed for togetherness, the open-concept upper floor features soaring cathedral ceilings, huge windows, abundant natural light, and a full bathroom with tub. Gather on the comfortable sofa for board game nights by the fire, cook family meals in the upgraded, fully stocked kitchen, or step onto the front balcony to enjoy the sight and sound of Lewis Creek flowing below.

The Bedrooms
The lower level features two (2) separate bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower. The master bedroom has a King bed and an XL Twin bed, plus a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a Queen bed. Step out directly onto the front balcony in the morning to sample the fresh pine air and listen to the creek below.

Upper Level: Features the living area with vaulted great room, kitchen, dining area, full bathroom, front balcony, and back deck access.
Lower Level: Contains both bedrooms, full bathroom with shower, and another balcony.
Ground Level: Consists of the garage with washer and dryer, plus extra Legos and kids bikes for use during your stay.
Note: The property features a 3-story layout with interior stairs between each level, allowing for elevated treetop views and a traditional mountain cabin feel.

THE LOCATION
Sugar Pine & Lewis Creek
Boom Chalet is located in historic Sugar Pine, tucked away off Highway 41 just a few miles from the Yosemite South Entrance. Founded as a logging community in 1899, it’s now a peaceful mountain village bisected by Lewis Creek, which flows year-round. There’s also a beautiful pond, walkable roads, and direct access to the Lewis Creek North Trailhead.
