    Boom Chalet was the perfect spot. It’s about 15 minutes from the South Gate in the cutest off-the-beaten-path neighborhood. We stocked up on groceries in Oakhurst and made most of our meals at the chalet. The beds were comfortable and we slept great.

    The upstairs great room is perfect for board games by the fire after a day in the park. Upgraded kitchen had everything we needed. Easy walk to the pond. Lewis Creek flows right in front, and only 15 mins to Yosemite South Entrance. We’ll definitely be back!

  • The perfect place to relax, unwind, and explore.

    The chalet is located in a peaceful area surrounded by beautiful nature. Very convenient — just a short drive to the South Entrance of Yosemite. A must-do while staying here is the Lewis Creek Trail, which is very close to the chalet and absolutely worth visiting.
